8.8/10 Excellent! (211 reviews)
The rooms were so small that it was difficult to move around. The hotel is very old and the service is poor. The staff is hostile and not at all welcoming. The facilities in the room were only provided when asked, other wise they would ration it. It's not a hotel; it's a hostel. Very disappointing.

10/10 Exceptional! (322 reviews)
Absolutely beautiful and luxurious hotel! The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The staff were extremely accommodating and the free valet service for hotel guests was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Doha!
