We were greeted by a very friendly young girl who checked us in and it was right at shift change,. When we went into our room our heater wasn't working and they changed our room right away without hesitation. We greeted every time we left or came in. All of the staff was amazing and very friendly. The only thing that was a disappointment was the complementary breakfast. Unfortunately, it was not as good as the last time we stayed. We did not have as many choices that we had previously the weekday breakfast. The food also was warm, not hot. The weekend breakfast there were not as many choices either and it took longer for them to refill the stations, but on the plus side when we did ask for something they went back and immediately made it for us. It also would be very nice if it was not microwaved to food. While the eggs were very fresh and hot it did take quite a while for refills also, it would be nice if your food was not microwaved, we could see that they were microwaving such as pancakes, French toast sticks and waffles. Even with the breakfast kind of being a disappointment we will stay there again without hesitation just because of the friendliness of your staff and how clean everything was.

The front office staff was very, very nice! Overall, the hotel was fine for what was paid. The room was seemingly nice at first glance. The first issue I found was that the duvet had a huge 2in by 3in redish, crusty spot on the folded over portion up by the pillows. I'm the weird person that inspects for bed bugs prior so I grabbed the crusty part with my hand and about gagged. We then continued to see these red spots all over the room ie: several spots on the carpet, the couch, the throw pillows etc. My fiance went down to get something to drink and asked for another blanket and was told they didn't have any clean ones. The spare blanket that was in the closet was paper thin so it was a chilly night even with sweat pants and a sweat shirt. If it wasn't for the dirty blanket and spots on the carpet the hotel would get a great review. Great shower pressure, comfy bed, good location, very friendly staff.

I travel often to multiple states and different countries. I can confidently say this was the best hotel experience. From the front desk to the breakfast attendants to the house keepers. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Quick overnight stay
Room was spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. We were mostly comfortable in our space. Hotel is older and has some wear and tear in rooms and hallways. Bar is at the front desk and there are limited food options nearby.

It was wonderful. Only problem the sink water pressure was low and didn’t get hot. The shower took a while before I heated up but it’s labeled wrong so hot is cold. Cold is hot.

The employees are super nice and did a great job. The room are old and dingy. It smelled like carpet powder when we arrived. Room was cold upon arrival and heater was extremely loud. We didn’t ask to change rooms.The bathtub would not stayed plugged. The wall and furniture were beat up. Beds and sheets were clean. The caulking in the tub needed work. The rooms did not have usb plugs so be sure to bring your charging block! Overall rooms need updating. Bar/Restaurant was not as expected. Breakfast was good.

Pool was green, we really wanted to go swimming. And I did not trust the watter. You couldn't see the bottom and it was only 3 feet deep, Sorry wished i would have taken pictures.

The so called restaurant was not a restaurant. The hamburger I ordered clearly had breakfast sausage patties. They had regular bread, it was nothing like described. The breakfast food was surprisingly good though.

Most rudest kitchen staff/half cleaned rooms!
Was verbally attacked by restaurant staff because I asked why were they walking around with frowned faces, Cold food which was supposed to be served hot, and stank attitudes. Also the restaurant manager walks around with a satchel holding her phone which she was holding in her hand while she was setting food out for guests to eat/drink! Won’t ever go here again due to the rudeness
Faucet looked as if somebody brushed their teeth and expelled the contents over it!
Towels with purple makeup hanging in tub area upon arrival!
3 curly hair pieces from unknown body parts, was on the bed underneath a pillow that was never used which means the sheets couldn’t of been changed/washed!
Dirty stained towels with dark black areas hanging by the bathroom sink!
