"My family of four really enjoyed the house. The location to the park and town center were very convenient. Easy walking distance to both. The traditional home had a nostalgic feel while having all the modern amenities of a newer home. (Including very nicely updated bathrooms)The back yard and gardens were amazing. We made fires in the cosy little mini cottage. Nice way to end the evening. If you have a family or group, I highy recommend this place vs a hotel."

"Das mitten in Wiesen gelegene Haus ist neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Am Morgen erwachten wir mit Vogelgezwitscher. Hinter dem Haus konnten wir Fasane beobachten. Über den Anfahrtsweg zum Haus hoppelten Kaninchen. Das Kaminfeuer brannte bei unserem Eintreffen schon. Die sehr freundlichen Besitzer, die ca. 300 m entfernt wohnen, haben uns mit Milch und Eiern von glücklichen Hühnern versorgt. "This cottage was perfect for our stay. Donal was a great host, made sure we had everything we needed. His mother met us at the property when we arrived to show us around, and she made fresh scones for us as well. This is in a great location that's quiet but also not far from sites. Would 100% stay here again!"

"Mary provided a warm welcome, literally, with a warm fire glowing when we arrived. She provided unexpected nourishment with home made bread and breakfast items. She ensured we had everything we would need for our stay, only wish it could have been longer! The home was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. The outside included ample parking space and nice patio on the back with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine one afternoon! The location exceeded our expectations....

"The property is beautifully situated on the edge of a large forested area and the views were spectacular. The property was in excellent shape, as described and we had an excellent stay! Be prepared for bit of a drive from town but well worth it - we would stay here again!"

Die Unterkunft ist etwas für Diejenigen, die von ihrem gewohnten Luxus mal etwas Abstand nehmen wollen ohne jedoch auf das Nötigste zu verzichten. Die Küche ist großzügig eingerichtet, ebenso wie das Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad befinden sich im Obergeschoss direkt unter dem Dach. "We completely enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described. There were so many touches that show that the hosts have worked really hard to ensure that their guests are comfortable. It's a combination of old world in a farmhouse over 200 years old with restored stone walls, old family photos and original furniture with modern touches such as USB ports, modern lighting. It's a very thoughtful property. We hope that we have the opportunity to stay there again."

"Park Place has an excellent location. Very easy walk to main street Killarney with food and shops. It was a short run/walk to Killarney National Park as well which was a welcome surprise. Parking was very easy. The downsides were that the wi-fi did not work well, if at all; and the hallways were like a motel and not well maintained. The room itself was great and clean. "
