« This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. « Our stay was really nice. The Bungalow is super cute. Very cozy, warm and inviting. I especially liked the fact that our host left us farm fresh eggs for breakfast. That was a nice touch., which was very appreciated. The Bungalow is also centrally located to lots of things to do in the area. « The host, Chris was amazing, guiding us to his place, since we couldn’t find the entrance. Amenities were great, especially the cold water! Lovely house, comfortable beds. Would have loved to enjoy the outside seating area, will do so in the warmer weather. Only complaint was not knowing how to work the TV remotes! 2 TVs came on but channel changing was a mystery.
