"Clean rooms and friendly staff "

"This place should be ashamed to operate like this. Filthy room, broken and run down. They had a cheap plastic lawn chair as the only chair in the room, dog kibble left on the shelves, shower held together with duct tape, heating wasn't working so it was too cold to take a shower anyway. Honestly probably the worst motel I've ever stayed in, just dirty. 1 star because I think/hope the sheets were clean. "

"Our favorite Motel 6 to stay at. The staff are always super nice. Only downfall is the floors are always sticky (too much soap?) and even though its non smoking...there is always a whiff. Im sensitive to it but here, its not "bad". We will be back a few more times this year! "

"TVs didn’t work. Shower was broken. Heater was very loud and falling out of the wall. Computers were down my entire stay and they disable my door cards by accident. It may be cheap but you def get what you pay for. "

"Great location near Wachusett Mountain, which made it very convenient for a ski trip. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day on the mountain. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing cold. The main reason we booked this hotel was specifically for the pool and hot tub for our kids. We didn’t receive any email or heads-up from the hotel ahead of time that the hot tub was out of service, which resulted in some very upset children. After swimming in the cold pool, we promised them a warm bath, but unfortunately the bath water came out brown, which was another frustrating issue. The walls are also very thin. We could hear people running and walking above us late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We ended up eating dinner at the Colonial Grill. The food itself was good, but we were told the kitchen was backed up and expected a long wait. Ironically, the wait ended up being about an hour anyway, but after a full day of skiing it wasn’t really an option to pack the kids back into the car and go somewhere else. On a positive note, we spoke with a manager about the issues with the pool and hot tub, and they gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was appreciated."

"It is a beautiful historic property, well maintained and the room was great. A fireplace was such a nice touch. The staff were all so nice. Loved staying here and will be back."

"Facility was clean. Rome was perfect for a night too beds in a bathroom TV and refrigerator no coffee pot. No vendor machines. "
