This cozy 2-bedroom home has a large yard, front porch, fire pit, and a 6-person hot tub for relaxing evenings. Inside, youโ€™ll find a master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, a second bedroom with two full-size bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking your meals, and WiFi is included. Weโ€™re just 2 miles from Ohiopyle and Fallingwater, and 23 miles from Seven Springs Resort. The house is quiet and private, perfect for families and groups looking to unwind in nature. Guests have full access to the house and yard. Grill rental is available for $50\. We live nearby and are happy to help if needed. ๐Ÿก House Rules & Important Information Thank you for choosing to stay with us! It is located a few miles from Fallingwater one direction and Ohiopyle the other. The hot tub was nice clean and very large. It is nestled in a quit neighborhood with plenty of space between houses. We arrived much later than planned and the porch light was turned on for us. It was a small gesture, but very much appreciated. The house was spotless, cute and super comfy. The house rules were super simple and clear. Nicole was very responsive with communication. We look forward to staying again. The location to downtown Ohiopyle was so convenient. Super close (4-5 minute drive) to rafting trips, biking, walking, or running the Great Allegheny Passage, and viewing the beautiful Cucumber Falls & Meadow Run Natural Water Slides. We enjoyed the hot tub, gas grill, & full size washer & dryer. It was the absolute perfect home away from home. ##### Nicole W.
