"The price was so reasonable, I was skeptical about the facility. This was one of the cleanest, safest hotels I have ever stayed in. It was walking distance to great restaurants and shops."
"Did not even stay. This hotel was disgusting and the staff was not friendly. The key card would not even unlock the door. The room smelled like dog pee and death."

"The property was convenient for our sons Ranger Graduation, we were able to walk to dinner on Broadway which was fantastic."
"This property was clean, adequately stocked, and smelled as fresh as humanly possible. The location was excellent. Just a few blocks from the downtown scene and quiet enough to get revitalized for the many excursions and adventures my wife and I were able to make lasting memories. Thank you Joe and Rachel we'll be back for sure ! "
"Close to the river. Very convenient for all the touristy things. Peaceful shaded front porch with swing and table with chairs to have evening meal or morning coffee. 2 bedrooms/2 baths with 2 full size beds and a day bed with trundle in 1 room, larger bed in other room. Central air conditioning to keep house cool. Stand up shower in 1 bathroom, tub/shower combo in the other. Couch with loveseat in living area. This is an older house. The questions I had were answered immediately. No wait time at all. Very, very good hosts. "
