The rooms were a nice size, clean, relaxing environment with a living room, dining area/kitchen. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the people in the rooms next to you. Luckily I didn't have noisy neighbors. The staff were very friendly. The Inn has a small gym that was clean. The breakfast was very disappointing I couldn't eat it or drink the coffee. Overall very happy with my stay.

We arrived after a 12 hour dive and were treated like VIPs the moment we walked through the door. Staff were phenomenal and the room was immaculate. 10/10 I will absolutely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

I am giving this hotel 10 out of 10 stars 🌟 It is very clean, reasonably priced and the entire staff is phenomenal. I dont remember the last time i received a call 5 mins after i checked into my room to make sure everything was to my liking. I will diffently come back to this location and recommend it to others.

Very helpful staff and great Marriott experience as always. However Room 126 had a what sounded like a cycling sure compressor very close to it and made for a very difficult and constantly interrupted sleep.

Your comments about the cycling sound from the compressor will be shared with our Engineering department to fix the issue. Dear Guest,I would like to thank you for staying with us. I understand how inconveniencing it is to be charged a fee for a service that was never rendered to you. I would like to apologize for the pet fee that was charged and the mice waste matter that was found in your room. This is the first complaint that has been brought to my attention. We do have a Pest Control vendor that conduct monthly inspection. I will go ahead and schedule a call for the room to be inspected and treated. Once I do my research on the posting of the pet fee I will go ahead and do the adjustment. My apologize for not meeting Marriott Standard during your stay.

Nice overnight stay
We went to a concert at the amphitheater and wanted a place to stay that was nearby. The hotel was clean and all the staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was pretty good and the gentleman overlooking the area made sure it was wiped down when people left and the food was covered and full. Only minor complaint was that the hotel was so full and lucky to find parking when we got back from concert.

Hotel needs an update and is not in great condition and is overpriced. It was musty and a bit noisy at the room they placed us in. The breakfast is served too late starting at 7:00 AM vs 6:00 AM which is late for those wishing to depart early. Disappointing.

Great business stay
I'm in CT a lot for work and usually stay at another hotel down the road. I decided to take a chance and check out the Residence Inn for the convenience of a kitchen. It is now my go to hotel for CT travel! The staff are so kind, the hotel itself is very clean and considering the parking lot was full, the hotel was fairly quiet. I appreciated the hotel breakfast before going into the office and love that they welcome dogs with a bowl of biscuits at the front. I'm hesitant usually as a young female to stay alone at hotels that are long-term stays, but I felt safe the entire stay. Highly recommend!

We stopped for one night on a road trip. Hotel was perfect! Very clean and we were surprised how quiet it was given its close location to I-95. Check in and check out was easy. It was nice to have the fridge/freezer so we could store our ice pack and other food from the trip. Great place to stay and would highly recommend it!

Two bedroom suite was amazing and relatively cheap, with 2 bathrooms. And receptionist was daughter of the mayor! Super sweet.
