Elevator was broken for 2 days. There were no rooms available on 1st because they were renovating them. Construction debris all over the floors/stair ways. Stuff pilled up in front of ice machine.
The person checking me out took 20 minutes and had to call for someone to come and help.

Good Evening,I do apologize for your recent stay with us. The elevator going down was definitely not planned we called the on-call tech Friday night and he did come out and get it working but apparently didn't properly fix it since we had to call the on call tech again Saturday. As we are under renovations I can understand that things can be messy and also items are not always located in the proper place. Because of moving things around it can become cluttered in the property, however we are in the finish line of renovating and will be deep cleaning the property to make sure all traces of construction have dissipated. We do have new staff on the desk, and I apologize for the time it took them to check you out. I will make sure to go over the process with them again. However, I do hope you return to the property once renovations have been completed.

Breakfast/staffing was great. There was a renovation on arrival and not all accommodations were available for what I wanted to use and was charged to stay there. No warning was given prior to arrival.

Hotel is nice and in a nice location. Hotel and room was very clean! Pool was also nice and clean. My only complaint is the beds. We had a room with two beds, and both beds were very uncomfortable. It was so hard. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep at all. Even my kids were uncomfortable. For the room to be new, you would think they have better mattresses.

Some exercise equipment outdated. Room by stairs and outside door too much activity on stairs and slamming doors all night resulting in poor sleep.

Good Afternoon,I apologize for your recent stay with us. We are in the middle of renovations so updating the fitness center is coming. I do understand the king rooms are at the ends of the property and right by the stairs and can be noisy. I do apologize for your poor sleep. I do hope you return to see the upgrades that are coming.
Had the misfortune of cohabiting with a mob of BMX dirt bike enthusiasts and their raucous, free-roaming children who shouted and raced down the hallways at 11 p.m. Once a decent hotel, the place has grown shabby from neglect.
Desk attendant (Philip) was particularly excellent and accommodating. Expedia did not provide that there was a $50 dog fee (we got it waived) but did state that there might be a cleaning fee (there wasn’t). Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was nice. Not great. The pool area could be better maintained, bathroom could be updated as well. Front desk people were superb, very nice, and couldn't be happier with them. All in all, it was a nice stay.

There were a couple of loud tenets and the cleaning products used had an unpleasant smell and feeling but otherwise the beds were comfortable, no bugs, good breakfast, very nice lobby, and overall a great stay.
