We really got a handicapped accessible room as we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was great. Best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Overall experience was great. I've stayed in Miles City several times, but this was my first stay at this property. Check-in was a breeze. The room appeared to be newly renovated, but it didn't smell like it. That's really the only reason I gave it four stars. My room was next to the fitness center and near the pool and smelled a little musty. Not overpowering, but something that needs to be addressed. Amenities were fine. The breakfast was on par with similar properties, but the woman working the breakfast area on my stay (9/20/26) was phenomenal. Very friendly. Very helpful. Cheerful. Working hard to make sure all was right. She didn't have a nametag on or I'd shout her out by name. All-in-all, a good stay.
