Enjoy an easy walk to downtown, uptown, Miles Community College, VA or beautiful Wibaux Park. This unit has a new kitchen, updated bathroom with custom tile, newly refinished hardwood floors on the upper level and new flooring on the lower level. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, general living space is downstairs. Whether you need long or short-term housing, we have many properties to choose from and are happy to help. Welcome home to this impeccably clean and comfortable condo! The unit is professionally cleaned and is regulary updated! The beds are pillow-top queens and all of the linens are in excellent condition. Please note that we have a strict no pet policy. We have many guests who stay with us due to severe allergies. We cannot waive this policy. Thank you! If you have a work crew coming to town or a large family, please note that we have multiple furnished units within a 1-3 block radius. We would be happy to accommodate your larger group! Within walking distance to many highlights that Miles City has to offer. This property is at the end of four unit complex of condominiums and is very quiet with excellent neighbors. Enjoy private front and back door access with your own covered carport. We provide a secure and individualized keycode for access to the unit for every guest. I live and work within 2.5 miles of the unit. If you need anything, you can certainly reach out to me via Airbnb or find my phone number in the listing once you book. We own and rent multiple Airbnb\`s in town. If you need additional housing, please let me know! I would be happy to help. The condominium is situated in a small complex. There are a total of eight units: 4 are condos (dedicated building for condos), 4 are apartments (distinct dedicated building for apartments). Many professionals live in the building and are very quiet and respectful. You will be sure to get your rest and do not need to be concerned with interruptions of any kind. This property has a dedicated carport for your vehicle. There is also ample street parking all around the property. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen! We provide everything from a crock-pot to a wine opener. We have coffee, cooking spray, salt and pepper available for guests as well as a nice assortment of individual sized snacks. We do have multiple properties within a one block radius. We LOVED our stay in Miles City, and it was all because we stayed at this VRBO!
