« Expected room daily room cleaning and were told they do it every other day! We arrived on Thursday for a 5 night stay and they cleaned our room until Sunday! »

« I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great! »

« Don’t let the pictures fool you. The pictures used to advertise this hotel are fake. The rooms are not how they are showed on the website. There is a $40 early check in fee. The employees at the front desk are not professionally dressed. You don’t know who hotel staff is. The housekeepers are actually dressed nicer. Parking was horrible! « Breakfast was wonderful--great variety. Beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. We had a nice view of the mountains from the room. There were a few issues (no washcloths, and found some items left by the previous occupant) but the hotel staff were responsive and assisted with resolving the issues. »
