The hotel had the best breakfast in Italy. But the dinner at the hotel was very disappointing.

Property is beautiful. The staff were great. Rooms are super clean. However dining options are very limited. There was no place to sit at the lobby bar for a drink if you wanted to. The sky bar pool didn’t have any bar stools either so had to sit at a table. Overall our stay was nice and relaxing but was little to do within the hotel.

This property is located 20-25 away from Milan city center. Great Points: - Quiet area with no tourist traffic. - Easy to get Cab - Walking distance to Metro M1 & M5, you can get to Dumo in 15 minutes! - 20-25 minutes from all airports - Secured self-park parking - Great breakfast buffet - Great coffee machine Weak points: - Dinner at the hotel has very slow service and the food is not good at all. However great restaurants nearby. - The conditioner is very weak and on the poor quality side. Bring your hair conditioner! - The housekeeping, does not work very detail. Missing water, missing towel, missing tube conditioner. - The front desk does not answer phone calls. However, you can go downstairs and ask them, and they are good at taking care of it fast. Overall: For the rate and the condition of the property I will stay in the hotel.

We stayed in one of the suites with a plunge pool. It was an amazing room and the plunge pool was a great bonus. The breakfasts were not great but the food was fresh.

Not ideal location for tourists, as Duomo and Vittoro Emanuelle mall are far, and cost 21 euros each way by taxi. If this taxi fare is not an issue, then this hotel is excellent choice.

The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Our suite was incredibly beautiful and I genuinely wouldn’t be able to complain about anything! I just wish my stay was longer with them :) felt like home ❤️

The hotel and room were very clean. Modern room. Though disappointing with toilet seat broken and hot water was barely warm. Unfortunately was too tired and only there for one night so I put up with it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I requested three times the beds to be separated and they never did. After calling them and asking them. I did it myself. Every day I found the bed together again. So unprofessional. It seems NH are poorly managed cause we had a similar incident in Rome.

For a big hotel the breakfast was not that good too much variety so the quality is not there. Also the pool was supposed to close at a certain time but they close it earlier due to an event. Room is a bit small. Hotel is closed to the metro which is nice

Our buffet breakfast is served on weekdays from 7 to 10, on Saturday until 11 and on Sunday until 12 and there is a wide variety of food to choose from including à la carte options to meet each guest's taste.Our outdoor pool is open from 8 am to 7 pm to our guests and until midnight our rooftop bar, but it may occur some private events taking place in the pool area, for that reason we inform our valued guests of an earlier closure.I suggest you to book for your next stay a Duplex Suite featured on two levels to have more space and comfort.I am glad you enjoyed our location, since we are located in City Life district, a new residential area of Milano with a shopping mall, parks, restaurants and facilities.Please rest assured that I have shared your feedback with all the departments, as we always look for opportunities to improve.
