Spacious, bright flat furnished and equipped, just a few steps from the historic centre of Milan. Once lived in by the great architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni, considered one of the protagonists of Milanese architecture and town planning, this house is located in a wonderful historical building enriched with frescoes, a beautiful communal garden and a characteristic Baroque marble doorway. The house's high ceilings and large windows make the rooms spacious and comfortable and, thanks to the view of the garden, it feels like living in a naturalistic setting. The house accommodates up to 6 guests and has: \- a large living area divided into three rooms, keeping the central body as the living room, the side parts become 2 of the 4 bedrooms \- 1 double bedroom \- 1 single room \- 1 room with double sofa bed \- 1 single bedroom \- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub \- full kitchen FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount automatically applied by the system MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. Die Wohnung war leider sehr kalt und es gab keine Möglichkeit die Heizung eigenständig anzustellen, da diese lt. Verwalter von "extern" gesteuert werde. Nachdem der Verwalter kontaktiert wurde, wurde die Heizung zwischen 6-10 Uhr, 12-15 Uhr u 17-23 Uhr angestellt. In der Folge haben sich 2 Mitreisende erkältet. 2\. Der Bitte EINE Klorolle mehr hinzustellen, wurde nicht entsprochen. Auch die Menge an Spülmaschinenseife hat exakt für EINEN Waschgang gereicht.3\. In der Küche finden sich keine Basics wie z.B. Salz. 4\. Die Wohnung hatte viele Mücken5\. Trotz Reinigungsgebühr von 200 Euro für 4 Tage wurden wir gebeten sämtlichen Müll selbst zu entsorgen.6\.
