Comfortable and bright 55m2 apartment, for 4 people, located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator (steps to access). The property is located in the Isola neighborhood, very young and full of services, well served by public transport with the M3 (Zara) and M5 (Isola) metro stops. A few steps from the house you can also reach the Garibaldi neighborhood, full of places such as bars and restaurants  
  
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is located in one of the newest and most renowned areas of Milan, full of services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies, in the Isola neighborhood, rich in culture and authenticity: you can find many traditional, innovative and trendy clubs and restaurants. A few steps away we find the Garibaldi neighborhood, with the train station of the same name. The neighborhood is also well served by transport, including the M3 (yellow line) and M5 (lilac line) metro lines and other means of transport (including TRAM n° 5, n° 7, n° 31 and BUS n° 90, n° 91, n° 92), which will allow you to reach all the main points of interest in the center and in the rest of the city in a few minutes.  
  
To reach the main points of interest in the city:  
  
\- Piazza Gae Aulenti: 15 minutes on foot;  
  
\- Corso Como: 15 minutes on foot;  
  
\- Castello Sforzesco: 18 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Piazza Duomo: 21 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Navigli: 33 minutes by public transport.  
  
\- Caffetteria Morelli (bar): 4 minutes on foot;  
  
\- Carrefour Express (supermarket): 4 minutes on foot;  
  
\- Trattoria La Cantinetta: 4 minutes on foot.  
  
\- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 73 from the airport to the “Corso 22 Marzo” stop (13 stops). From there you can move to the “Viale Umbria” stop (1 minute walk), from where you can take bus no. 92 to the “Zara m3/m5” stop, a 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 9 km from the property (approximately 25 minutes by car/taxi).  
  
\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to Stazione Centrale, from where you can take the subway (line M3) to the “Zara” stop, a 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 54 km from the property (approximately 55 minutes by car/taxi).  
  
\- From Stazione Centrale, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (line M3) to the “Zara” stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.  
  
\- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park nearby (free or paid, NOT guaranteed).
