Unfortunately, there was no hot water at the hotel. It was quite challenging to take a shower. Fortunately, the staff was extremely understanding and compensate it with a discount.

Comfortable travel in Milan
The room was clean and all the guys in the hotel were very kind. The position of the hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is easy to go to the city center.

This property was very nice although a bit off the beaten path but very easily accessible by bus and train. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very kind.

Good for business trips to Milan
A great little business hotel. The rooms are small, but with very comfortable beds and the individual balcony area is a nice touch. Not many people were staying here when I visited, so it seemed very empty, but the happy hour at the bar with a free buffet of Italian snacks was very welcome. Good wifi, speedy check in and helpful staff.

Great hotel for a weekend city break
The hotel is in an excellent location, quiet neighbourhood, and close to metro with some excellent local restaurants and cafes. Enjoyed the breakfast spread and rooms were very functional, including the bathroom which was a little compact but modern and very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly

This property is clean and staff is nice. Free breakfast is very good. Bathroom is a bit small and the floor is all wet when showering.

World Figure Skating Championship 2018
I had a superior room. Discovered the phone didn’t work when I needed to call the front desk to say my safe wouldn’t lock. The room was too hot and I called to find out if I could change the thermostat setting. I was told thatIneeded to open the window. Fortunately, I was on the 4th floor and felt ok doing this. Felt like I didn’t get value for staying at this hotel. The staff provided me with a working phone & changed the battery to my safe. Never experienced a situation like that before.Feeling unsafe in a safe hotel. Had the breakfast option. Food served wasn’t varied .

About the heating, we changed your room's settings according to your needs, but we suggested you to open for a while the window only in order to decrease faster your room's temprature. Our hotel is just 10 minutes walking far from Romolo Metro station, and you can reach us also taking bus line nr. 47 for 3 stops.

The hotel was nice comfortable friendly staff. The hotel isn't close to the main Centre so we had to catch a bus and underground to Centre. No heating in the room really cold.

Awesome hotel
We stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting Milan. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Especially enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Included eggs bacon and plenty of coffee. We paid $70 per night which was a great price for this part of town.

Great Hotel!! Everything was new, super friendly staff and great breakfast! Even the WIFI was fast!! It's a great neighborhood! It's not by the main tourist attractions but a short ride from them. Close to the Navigle where there are plenty of bars and restaurants right by a canal. Will be coming back!!

Inexpensive hotel with decent facilities
The hotel was decent for the price we paid. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Parking underground costs an additional 20 euros but there is parking available on the street. Our main complaint is that unless you are very careful the water from the shower will end up on the bathroom floor.

Nice quiet hotel with comfy beds
Hotel is nice, staff are helpful and friendly, room is quiet and bed is comfy. Free limited parking outside. Location is ok, a Lidl supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a tram stop 5 minutes walk away to take you to Milan centre.

nice, updated clean room, great customer service. LOVED the breakfast! wish i stayed longer to try all the sweets! Front desk staff super friendly and helpful! Only one night stay. Wifi worked, AC cooled... Happy guest!

The hotel is pricey however it does not include basic things such as room service, and it is far from the centre. Breakfast is good although if it had more continental food it would be better. My bathroom door would lock me inside therefore ending up calling another adult to get me out and I found it very disturbing. The cleanliness was alright and the rooms are spacious. Staff are somewhat friendly .. As a family there were no kids facilities or activities.

hotel right on very busy bar road -- no air conditioning available - room was hot and could not do anything except open the door to the very busy street noise (noise began around 10pm and lasted until approx. 3am every night) room was no bigger than 10x10 -- beds were very uncomfortable staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, courteous and wiling to try to speak our language.
