Close to central station and metro. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was okay size except bathroom which was small, and the walls thin that could hear neighbours and people in corridor.

Very nice hotel, about a 6 minute walk to the train station. Lots of excellent, really affordable restaurants right beside the hotel. We tried 2 and they were both wonderful.

Very welcoming even at 1am! Allowed to leave our bags for the day. Lovely room and ensuite bathroom.

Handy stay, great breakfast
Convenient location near Centrale station & other metro stops, some very nice restaurants in surrounding streets. Great value breakfast with good selection of hot & cold food & drinks. Room was very clean, however quite small. Ideal for 2 or 3 night stay, would need a bigger room for a longer stay. Staff were friendly.

Property is within 8 min walking distance from train station which was important to us. Otherwise hotel was average. Beds were a little stiff, pillows flat, could easily hear outside noise. Neighborhood was safe and had restaurants and market nearby. Hotel staff forces you to leave the key at the front desk which I did not like, apparently to replace key it’s a $350 fee so to avoid that they force you to leave the key. Nothing was missing from the room but did not like having to do that. Overall stay wasn’t bad as it fit our travel needs.

Great hotel near train station. Key is left at the front desk with every departure. Good restaurants around for dining. Very welcoming staff upon arrival! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Enough electrical outlets to charge two iPhones at night. WiFi was fine. Good breakfast with scrambled egg choice on the buffet. The location is walking distance to the central train station. The location is a block away from street car transit to the central historic center. Our window overlooked two beautiful Belle Époque buildings. The furniture in the lobby was disturbingly bizarre, trying unsuccessfully to be chic.

Stay was fine. Used hotel as a Base to explore Milan and Como, so very central for train station. Hotel is listed as 4* but that might be generous. Nothing bad to report, just have stayed in nicer 4* hotels!

This hotel was not bad at all however I thought it was close to the Duomo. Public transportation was close so we took it everywhere. The bathroom was really nice but had something like a hole in the ceiling not sure if someone was looking down at us😆 Staff was very friendly. I had the 3 single bed room it was small but we just used it for sleeping.

This was good for what I needed--great location, nice and clean. Breakfast was good. There was very loud construction during the day but I was not trying to sleep so it was OK. This room was great for me as a traveler alone--but the bathrooms have glass walls so would be strange to stay with another person. I would come back alone though.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was within walking distance and had great views! The hotel staff was friendly and will help you with all your needs and questions. Always clean and tidy. The area around was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. Also the bathrooms are a great size! Highly highly recommend

We crashed here for one night on our way from Zurich to Rome. It was a convenient walkable distance from Milano Central and that was our biggest reason for booking here

The vibes in this hotel were kind of weird but it was fine just to stay one or two nights, the rooms need a bit of maintenance but the bathrooms are fine

Basic but clean and staff friendly
Reception Staff were very friendly! The rooms are basic but clean and a decent size. If you’re used to a 4 star hotel in USA or UK, I’d say this is more of a 3 star standard for reference. Good value for the money in comparison to overpriced hotels in the area and it’s a great location too! Fab for one or two nights, passing through the city!

The room was great for the price we paid. The elevator was small and compact so me and my gf had to kiss for like 3 mins to get to our floor. No complaints there! ;) room was immaculate only issue was the air con leaked during the night a few times and woke us up. Shower was abit small but enough for us both to have a nice warm sensation. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

This was a nice hotel with comfy beds and excellent air conditioning which was hugely appreciated during 36 degree heat but I felt that the photos made it looked smarter than it actually is. They say there is a bar but I was told by reception staff that this is just self service tea and coffee. It is in a great location for the central train station and lots of really nice restaurants close by. I paid a lot less compared to other hotels nearby but I feel their photos don't accurately reflect the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good staff but not quite as expected.
