All I can say is , this was a beautiful stay , with great staff who are so kind , helpful and really professional. A beautiful clean place , affordable, easily accessible to the Metro and buses, shopping you name it . I felt safe and special mention to Javier and Nelly , amazing amazing team . They made my stay so comfortable that I rebooked twice to stay in the same place . I would definitely recommend this place for all your navigation in Milan . I am so grateful. Thank you guys . 💃💃💃♥️

Decent, room for improvements

The location was good. Not far from the central train station. Check-in is a little tricky. The hostel sign is easy to miss and you're likely end up at a wrong address. Then you need to be buzzed in, which only happened for us after several attempts. Internet in the rooms was terrible, slightly better in common areas.

I was charged extra 20 euros, for arriving after 6 pm (which I think it is an abuse, since it is basically the price of a new bed). It is now clear on Expedia website that policy. Most important, I am full of animal bites in all my body, they have bedbugs or something which makes me even more upset, I have around 40 bites.

Avoid this place.

Absolutely terrible. I booked my hotel at around 9 pm and I get there an hour or two later from a long day of travel by train. It’s raining outside, and the gate is locked to get in, I try calling and they don’t answer. I try to have Hotels call them and they say they can’t get ahold of them. I ask for the money back since I physically can’t get in my room, and they say that this place denied my request for my money back. Keep in mind this is all happening while it’s raining and I’m trying to get inside, in the middle of the night in a foreign city. So I then have to take a 20 € Uber to another hotel I had to book for another 50€. This place is the worst, avoid at all costs, they have no integrity.

Preis Leistung stimmt, sehr zentral, man konnte sich etwas kochen und essen. Wir haben gut geschlafen, als es kühler wurde, konnte man mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Einkaufen konnte man zu Fuß, die Metro war kurz entfernt.
