Bright and modern 90m2 apartment, ideal for 4 people, located in the East area of ​​Milan, 7 minutes walk from the Corvetto station of the Yellow metro (M3), which is only one stop from Rogoredo FS, the train station from which the AV Italo and FrecciaRossa trains depart.  
  
The Yellow metro line (M3) also allows you to quickly reach the main tourist attractions.  
  
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony.

The apartment of about 90 square meters is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (stairs to access it).   
  
The space is organized as follows:   
  
\- LIVING ROOM with large sofa, Smart TV and Split A/C;   
  
\- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dining table and chairs, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, moka, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony;   
  
\- BEDROOM I with double bed and large wardrobe and access to the balcony;   
  
\- BEDROOM II with bunk bed, chair and desk;   
  
\- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, first aid kit, central heating, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, hangers, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
