CIR CODE: 015146-LNI-02409<br><br>A charming one-bedroom apartment of approximately 50 square meters located on the first floor (with an elevator) of a historic building.<br><br>The apartment is located in a highly sought-after area, in the Isola neighborhood, and is very close to the Bosco Verticale and the brand-new Porta Nuova neighborhood.<br><br>The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, and air conditioning.<br><br>The apartment is accessed via a shared balcony, but since it is the last unit on the railing, there is no one else passing by.<br><br>You enter directly into the living room/kitchen.<br><br>The open kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, and the dining table seats up to 4 people. In the living area, you’ll find a sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed, as well as a large smart TV.<br><br>The bedroom features a double bed; a walk-in closet provides storage for your clothes, and a desk allows you to work remotely if needed.<br><br>The bedroom also opens onto a small balcony that overlooks the Church of the Holy Face.<br><br>The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a shower.<br><br>Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the directions and information you need.<br><br>At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID for registration purposes. <br><br>You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults, unless exempt as determined by the City of Milan).<br><br>For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can arrange late check-ins outside the scheduled check-in time upon prior arrangement at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.<br><br>During your stay, we will always be available to assist with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you must make arrangements regarding your check-in time.
