CIR CODE: 015146-LNI-04768<br><br>An apartment of approximately 35 square meters located on the second floor (with an elevator) of a modern building.<br><br>The apartment is strategically located for easy access to the city’s major attractions and is very close to downtown.<br><br>High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning make it ideal for those who need to work remotely.<br><br>Numerous trendy restaurants and nightspots set the tone for the neighborhood.<br><br>THE SPACE<br><br>The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, and a bathroom with a window and a shower.<br><br>For longer stays, a washing machine and ironing supplies are also available.<br><br>An apartment designed to make your stay in Milan as pleasant and comfortable as possible.<br><br>Guest access<br><br>The entire apartment is at your complete disposal.<br><br>Upon arrival, you’ll find:<br><br>- Beds made.<br><br>- Towels (one bath towel and one face towel per guest).<br><br>- Starter Pack: initial supply including laundry detergent, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, and recycling bags.<br><br>While staying in the apartment, please observe the following simple rules:<br><br>- No smoking in the apartment<br><br>- All items in the apartment are at your disposal for the duration of your stay; please leave them in their original places at the end of your stay so that the next guests can use them as well<br><br>- All kitchen dishes are at your disposal; after use, please return them clean and dry to their proper place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen counter clean and tidy.<br><br>- Please avoid making excessive noise on the stairs and in common areas<br><br>- Please do not turn the TV volume up too high after 10 p.m.<br><br>- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment tidy<br><br>- The apartment is located in a residential building. Please observe quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.<br><br>Three days before your arrival, you will receive a link to register your documents (required by law).<br><br>As soon as registration is complete, you will receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, allowing you to access the apartment completely independently via self-check-in.<br><br>We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.<br><br>A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.<br><br>In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.<br><br>During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you plan to check in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.
