Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oasis overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Nestled in the heart of Riviera del sol, our cozy haven offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and scenic tranquility, ensuring a delightful stay for your vacation. Apartment is on the second floor, no elevator in the building.

Bedrooms: Our home features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. One with double-sized bed or single bed and bunk bed in the other bedroom so you can have the convinience to choose, after a day of exploration. Ample storage space and tasteful decor create a soothing ambiance.
Step into a space that seamlessly blends modern elegance with homely warmth. The interiors have been meticulously renovated, boasting stylish furnishings, soothing color palettes, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Included amenities for kitchen and bathroom(soap, toilet paper, washing detergent, ect.) are starter packs. After that, it's self-catering

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean and respect neighbours and community rules
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government.
