This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Riviera Golf offers a bright and spacious living area, ideal for sharing with family or friends. The open-plan living/dining area leads to a private terrace overlooking the pool. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and both bedrooms provide ample storage space. Located in a sought-after area, the apartment is only a short drive to all amenities, beaches, and golf courses, offering the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.  
  
Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the sought-after Riviera Golf! This spacious, modern retreat is perfect for couples, families, or friends looking for a relaxing getaway. Plus, if you’re a golf enthusiast, Miraflores Golf is right on your doorstep—making it the perfect spot for a golf retreat!  
  
Enjoy your private terrace overlooking the communal pool—ideal for unwinding with a drink or soaking up the sun. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating, TV, air conditioning, and heating—a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances ensures you can prepare your meals at your convenience. Both bedrooms feature ample storage, comfortable bedding, TV, air conditioning, and heating. For added convenience, there are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.  
  
The apartment is ideally situated a short drive from beautiful beaches, top golf courses, and local shops and restaurants, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience for an unforgettable stay.  
  
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.  
  
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, other than one cupboard in the hallway. The garden and pool is shared with residents of the building.  
  
Staying with Pass the Keys®  
  
The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.  
  
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).  
  
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
We recommend use of a car for this property.  
  
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.  
  
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.  
  
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.  
  
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
