This penthouse is truly one of a kind—the only apartment offering its own private rooftop pool, making it a unique and unforgettable place to stay. The Space: Upon entering the apartment, you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, a stylish dining area for six, and a comfortable lounge with plush seating. The living room is fitted with a 50” Ultra HD Smart TV, offering thousands of international channels, including Swedish, Norwegian, British, German, Dutch, and more. Large doors lead directly onto a generous 30 m² terrace, furnished with seating and a relaxing lounge area—perfect for indoor-outdoor living. On this same level, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ample storage, designed for a restful night’s sleep. Upstairs, the master suite offers a private retreat with an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a separate laundry room. From the bedroom, step directly onto the private rooftop terrace, where sunbeds and your exclusive private pool await. This is the only apartment in the area with its own rooftop pool, making it truly one of a kind. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, Smart TVs with international channels, and air conditioning with both cooling and heating in every room.
