The lovely corner apartment is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained, gated, and peaceful residential complex. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen, and a spacious, sunny terrace. The apartment faces southwest and was partially renovated in March 2025. Both comfortable bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes and double beds (160 cm and 140 cm wide). The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed (150 cm wide) for additional guests. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with new showers. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling in all rooms).
