The secure gated complex has 3 communal outdoor swimming pools (1 with disabled chair lift to the pool), a paddle tennis court, children's play area, indoor gym and spa (8am - 9pm) and outdoor sports machines. Book a paddle court or gym with the concierge. The complex is 1.5km from the beach and town facilities. The nearest supermarket is 1km away and La Noria Golf Course is 3km away. The apartment offers a covered parking space, hot and cold vented aircon, radiators in all rooms, electric shutters in the bedrooms and free WIFI. This tastefully furnished apartment is arranged over one level and consists of an open plan living room leading out onto the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a lounge seating area, sun loungers, a gas BBQ and enjoys views over the hills of La Cala, the pool and partial sea views. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a dining area with seating for up to six people and the living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a 65-inch smart TV.
