"My room had a major amout of ants by the windows and into an outlet, they seemed to go away as the sun went down. Carpets were stained. Bedding seemed clean though. Checking in, the staff was chatting for awhile while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Then on checking out, waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk, a line formed while waiting. We just threw our cards on the desk and left. If it weren't for the ants, I probably would have used the big tub. Their breakfast was sad, too. One thing to make waffles, 2 cereals, and a handful of tiny muffins. The counter was bare where I would expect more choices to be. Last but not least, the remote didnt work for the tv. I just wanted sleep so I left it alone. "

"This hotel was great. Beds very comfortable. Clean, updated rooms. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. Convenient location next to I-80 .Everything worked fine...no issues. Would stay here again."

"The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky, there was blood on the bathroom. Door handle, there was something white on the dresser and on the headboard. It looked like there was blood as well. The room stunk like dogs had been in it And it doesn't look like they wash their pillow cases very well. They were yellow. When I went to the front desk and let the guy know about it. He didn't seem to know what to do. I think that is very unsanitary. It is a hazmat situation when there's blood And his housekeepers are not doing their job very well. He didn't offer me a discount or a refund. So I had to go through my third party company. Because that's a waste of money to sleep. In a room with blood and crumbs in the bed and the dirtiness, when you turn on the heater/ air conditioner it smelled awful. An okay place to stay if you have another option. Like, we didn't have any other option. But I wouldn't stay there again.I'd rather sleep in my car"

"We fell in love with Little America Hotel!!! Right downtown, everything was within walking distance, and the city tram ran right past the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel....the view from our 9th floor was great....and the food was amazing. Loved sitting in the lobby by the huge fireplace and reading my book with a chai latte. We utilized the great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here each time we are in Salt Lake City!!"

"The location was good. Easy parking, and easy check-in. Price was good too. But this is an old hotel that just needs some attention and repair. Our room was clean, but had torn curtains, a broken door lock (the second flip over style lock) and had a spot in the bathroom where it looked like someone kicked in the wall. I won’t run back to stay there again, but if I had to go back, I know the room is fine, and it’s a safe and fairly clean place to stay. It could be a nice place with some attention paid to minor repairs and updating."

"Limited choices on the breakfast menu, none of which were very good. Also, when I checked in, I had been mistakenly booked for an accessible room and they would not change the room without charging another eighty dollars."

"Hotel is a bit worn and dated. Bed was comfortable however. The breakfast was missing a lot of items and the eggs were freezing cold. We were there when the hotel was very busy so maybe they couldn’t keep up. For what we paid for the hotel room ($600) , it seems outrages to have a $25 parking fee as well."
