"Had a nice overnight stay at the Metropolitan Inn. Despite some construction going on in various rooms (remodeling and updated) and the run-down appearance in some areas, the room itself was clean, quiet and super comfortable. All basic needs were covered AND it was affordable - which is a huge plus in this day and age! It's not the ritz, but I was comfortable and would stay there again."

"I am a realistic "you pay for what you get" type so I wasnt expecting much. But the "good" rating on Expedia left me hopeful. My room was a dump. Disgustingly stained carpet. Missing drawers. A platic lawn chair to sit in. Stains galore in bathroom and missing light fixtures. The only good thing is the location to the mountains. "

"No airport shuttle. No ice bucket or ice machine anywhere. Room amenities were sparse compared to other properties I’ve stayed. Just shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Luckily I brought makeup remover, cotton pads and Q-tips with me. The mini fridge was stocked full of sugary snacks, soft drinks, water (not complimentary) and Red Bull. There was a Nespresso machine, but I have no idea if it was free. While the room was nice, the giant spots throughout the hotel were a huge distraction. "
