This is your home. Enjoy the patio though shared with the neighbors. Additional rules The base price is for 4 guests. If the booking is more than 4 adults, then additional guest will be charged $25 per guest, up to 6. For both short and long stay: \- please wash the dishes, hotplates, microwave oven and oven if used. \- If the trash is full during your stay, the dumpster is on the opposite side of the road. Please take out the trash right away. Didn’t really know anything about midland when I booked for a tournament. Neighbors were quiet but could hear people outside all night. Really freaked out when we got locked out just me and my daughter and couldn’t get ahold of property owner for a little while.
