My experience was The Hotel From Hell! Checked in Thursday afternoon, went up to my room, noticed a 12”by 6” gas in the ceiling with plaster all over the floor next to the air conditioner. Showed it to the clerk who seemed shocked, took pictures, and said I could switch rooms. After checking, then told me there were no rooms like the one I had paid for (king bed, bathtub) for three nights. He said the manager would give me a huge discount. I said OK. The next day I left early in the morning, got back early afternoon, and there was no electricity in my room (breaker problem). They got the electricity on, but it was concerning because I had items in the fridge. Sat. morning, tried to use the electrical outlet in the bathroom and it would not work. Once again, told the front desk. They tried to get it fixed, but couldn’t. They told me I could change rooms and they had one like I had paid for, so I said OK I loaded up all my clothes, toiletries, etc. on the rack and went upstairs to the new room. I opened the door and it was warm, then I look straight ahead and saw the air conditioner had been taken apart… Out of commission! I told the front desk and showed them the room, then told them if they would just give me an extension cord to use in my old room, I would take all my stuff back to the old room. So I did that but I never brought a cord. Ask the front desk, she said they didn’t have one. I got pissed, told her I didn’t believe a hotel wouldn’t have a cord. Finally got me one.

Front desk staff not very friendly. The overnight staff member was probably the only nice one. Rooms were small but clean. The lobby and hallway were extremely hot. It felt like the heater was on when it was reaching 100 degrees outside. Breakfast was okay, basic.

My husband confirms that they have the best pillows which I also agree with him. We slept so comfortable, and it was so clean outside the building and inside for right of highway 20. Breakfast was so good and healthy, with many options to choose from. They insured that breakfast was always stocked with supplies.
