Beds and pillows not as comfortable but location was convenient so made it ok. Breakfast was ok, but some items were cold not hot. The building looks new so its ok as far as cleanliness. Plenty parking and near restaurants and supermarket which is great. They only thing I would say was annoying was this blinking bright light in room for some type of alarm. It was distracting when trying to sleep but overall stay ok for needs we needed.

This property is average. We stayed there for work. I brought my Team to Montgomery for training and decided to stay in Middletown because of all the restaurants and shops. Everything was nice until the last morning. The clerk, who is extremely rude, accused my entire Team of doing something that just wasn’t true. Now, we are proud to live with the “Extreme Ownership” mentality. If we do something, WE WILL OWN IT! This woman apparently came into the hotel to work a 1/2 hour to hour prior to us returning to the hotel our final evening. Now, either she missed it, or it happened after she arrived, but someone got sick on the stairs by the side entrance. Well the next morning she accused a couple of my Teammates of doing this. She said she “had it all on video” well, that would have needed to be edited because it wasn’t us. You know, I could give half a damn about something so childish. Then she proceeded to throw one of my Team out of the hotel.(We were checking out anyway) But her attitude, along with the was she treated myself and the rest of my Team was unacceptable. The manager got involved. She seemed to have a much better head on her shoulders. I told her if she could show me anyone on my Team acting inappropriately in any way whatsoever I would pay a $500 fee to clean. (They said it was $150) But they didn’t have any proof. In the meantime it’s 6:30 am and there’s another guest stumbling around drunk carrying a 12 pack acting obnoxious right in front of everyone!

They could use a card that has all the TV stations on it. This place great! They will give you a list of Restaurants to go to so be sure to ask.

The free breakfast could have been better. I like the fact that it ends at 10 am though but the food options were terrible. Things were not restocked after they finished for example the yogurt. The hot breakfast only consisted of like eggs and sausage but when one was done they were not restocked instead something else was given like potatoes. Biscuit was given but no eggs to go along with it. It was strange. Like why not just give it all and keep restocking so everyone can get some? The Oatmeal should have been made and there was no banana which was very odd. The coffee was also a bit watery. The fridge in my room smelled like garbage for some reason and I did see a few ants in the bathroom. Other than these things, the hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was kind. Everything was modern I was just a bit disappointed with the negatives.

I loved the spacious lobby! I loved being greeted with a smile and a hello. Desk lobby was prepared and expected my arrival. My bathroom was room was not as cleaned as expected. Trash under bathroom counter. Hair particles on toilet. Leftover feces in toilet. However, the pool area is conveniently located and clean. I would consider staying at this facility again but would inspect the room prior to habitating it.

Ladies at the front desk (two that I talked to on the phone)after we left concerning our stay and having to leave early for an emergency were very rude and disrespectful. We will not stay with this hotel anymore after being treated this way through no fault of our own. We couldn’t help that an emergency arose and we had to leave and otherwise we would have completed our stay.

Good morning, Thank you for your recent stay. It's important for readers to know that neither hotel employee was rude to the guest. Rather, both were yelled at by her when it was simply explained that checking out at 5:00 p.m. warrants a full night charge at the property. And also, that there is tax applied to the 20.00 pet fee. We're happy to provide a late check out but not until 5:00 p.m.

The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping went above and beyond to assist us in our stay. We had an issue with something left in the room and they were wonderful in contacting us an arranging getting the property back to us. Nicole at the front desk was wonderful in helping us out.

I recognize that you had a terrible stay as a result of being asked to leave. We do not allow marijuana to be smoked in the hotel - as we are 100% nonsmoking. The fact that you smoked in the room caused the entire fourth floor to reek for days! My only regret is that I didn't ask you to leave sooner.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants and highways! The staff is professional and accommodating. The hotel is clean and updated. The room was a nice size. The bed was okay- a bit soft. Not sure if it was regular mattress or a platform bed but it was clean.
