Soccer weekend

We came to the area for three day soccer tournament for our daughter and this house was a perfect fit. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We just needed a clean, neat place to lay our heads as close to Miami U. for Family Weekend as we could get. This was still a bit of a drive, but wish we could have stayed longer. Owners very attentive and home is in a quiet neighborhood and the home was extremely well cared for.

Home is located in beautiful safe neighborhood, host communicated from the jump giving great support and instructions. House was squeaky clean and very inviting. It felt very comfortable from the time we walked thru the front door. It was a Great Stay! Highly Recommended!!!

Winter Wonderland Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Geraldine and her husband made sure we were safe with the crazy winter storm, salting and clearing the walk, and being very responsive in communication. The beds were so comfortable! My partner has been missing the wonderful sheets since we checked out. Thank you for taking such great care of the house, so that we could have a nice winter vacation visiting family in Middletown.

Cozy Cottage

This stay was a "girlfriends" retreat! We have been friends for over 40 years! We created more GREAT memories and every time I look at pictures of this cottage, I smile! The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe. However, it was a bit of distance from Cincinnati. Thank you so much, Geraldine!

Cozy Thanksgiving visit

We were very happy with this property. Everything as advertised, very clean, everything we needed was provided such as linens, towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the owners was great, since we had some modifications to the original reservation. The house was just the right size, not too big or small, and was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The only critiques would be: 1) mats are needed inside front and back doors for when you arrive there in the rain, and 2) the house is older so it is drafty. One bedroom was too cold at night and one was too hot, and the front and back doors need to be sealed so cold air is not leaking in. Overall great stay!

Lovely home, cute neighborhood!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home while we were visiting the area to watch some spectacular tennis at the Western and Southern Open in Mason, OH. It's about 1/2 hour drive to get to the tournament from Middletown, but I think it's worth the drive time. There's a great outdoor sitting area in the back yard that's perfect for coffee in the morning and the neighborhood is great for walking with a cute little coffeeshop just around the corner with gluten-free crepes! The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless clean. I loved the basket of extras on the counter -- just in case you forget something you won't have to go out searching for a place to buy toothpaste and a toothbrush. Thank you for making our tennis adventure extra special!

Proximity to the Cincinnati Open was Perfect

The house was as advertised, and the homeowner was quick with replies when needed. The home was clean, well-stocked with items needed such as towels, coffee pot, pots and pans. While the house is older, it is pretty sound proof where we couldn't even tell when someone was in the shower. I slept better in this house than I do at my own home! The only thing that I had difficulty with was the parking space behind the house. My small sedan had difficulty pulling onto the cement slab which is fairly high. An SUV would likely have an easier time. The home was about 15 minutes from the Linder Tennis Center and the immediate area had some very good restaurant options. Would definitely stay again.
