Room was clean and comfortable with a large walk-in shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a reasonable choice of items for breakfast including cereal, yoghourt, juice and some hot options. There was ample parking at the back of the hotel in the Cleveland Centre car park at a very impressive charge of £6.00 per day.

Ideal place to stay for 1 night. A 5 minute walk from the train station, all amenities close by but it wasn't noisy for sleeping at night. Reception staff and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Definitely would stay here again.
