Top notch service, the room we had was clean and so cute and packed with features. If it hadn’t been raining so hard we would have swam and had a bbq dinner. Great place to stay, wonderful all around.

Right in the middle of town! We were thinking it may be noisy all night but things quieted down quite early and did we ever enjoy our view and the fantastic town of Brunswick Heads. The hotel was in a perfect location and was one of our favourite stops on our holiday

Stop 1 night on a road trip . Accessible motel room with spacious bathroom. Walking distance from beach where you can watch amazing sunrise and whales (in season) the Italian restaurant next door was delirious (pizza dough was the best ever and the tiramisu . ) also excellent drinks

The kids play areas are excellent. Lots to do on this resort

Great relaxing location. Adult pool very nice. Short walk to the beach. 10 minute drive to town....plus there is an electric train into town.

It was not the room I bought no windows air couldn’t keep up to plus 24 outside informed the manager I don’t think he did anything and it stank with mould we stayed there two nights the wet soaking towels stayed in the room which made it worst . And when our neighbours showered or talked we heard like they were in our room

We fluked into finding 99 acres when we arrived in Byron Bay late in the evening and with last-minute change of plans. We had originally thought we would stay down near the beach, but then considered the hinterland when we saw this property. The property is even more stunning than the photos and I booked a second night within an hour of arriving. The owner is incredibly friendly and hospitable, and has a lovely doggo. We stayed in Villa 1; the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we...

Could not be happier with my accommodations! I would recommend this guesthouse without a doubt. It is beyond charming, modern farmhouse styled set on a river. The town is cute and has an outdoor market on Sunday’s. The room is clean, excellent quality bedding and towels. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nearby parks are beautiful.

I was very impressed with the reception and property

This was a phenomenal spot to stay. Full kitchen, beautiful deck and lots of wildlife. There was so much to do at the discovery park - pools, water park, hammocks, barbecue etc. Absolutely loved our stay here.

I was very satisfied with my overnight stay. Check-in was a breeze, there was free internet and movies on TV, a quiet environment and a good bed. I was surprised to find a number of excellent restaurants in Murwillumbah in walking distance as well. Overall, a solid option if you don't mind a basic decor with a rough edge here and there.

This was such a great place. The front desk person was so helpful as well. We had a great stay.
