Our only criticism with half board is that it was very disappointing to not be given at least a bottle of water with our meal and be expected to pay £8 for a bottle, especially as water was delivered freely to your room every day. "Staff was nice and very helpful. Their private beach was clean. Compliments to the life guard on duty who was also very helpful and helped us set up a cabana. Overall great stay. I would recommend the breakfast and dinner option if you don’t plan on going out into the city that much. "

"The property theme was perfect for relaxing but the issue is some cabinets were broken and lose 3 lights were burnet , the electricity went off 2 times which is really not pretty for what i paid. Told the receptionist and didn’t feel that they were willing to offer something back. "

"We had a great time staying at this hotel. We were two families and asked for rooms next to each other’s which was provided. A nice travel cot was also added for our child. The variety of food and desserts were very generous. Having Fresh grilled fish, ice cream, cocktails were bonus. I do recommend this hotel for a family holiday. "

"The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area."

"This is an amazing property. I love the adult pool and the restaurant Blu during the day and of course they have a fabulous beach on the Dead Sea itself. The helpful staff at the beach make sure you get the complete soak, mud, soak and salt scrub treatment - be sure to leave them a tip. At reception we were upgraded to a villa and the staff was so helpful, especially Ivan who seemed to be everywhere. The belly dancer is amazing and simply put gorgeous. This is my favorite hotel on the Dead...

They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. "We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."
