Bringing towels with us from abroad and taking them back as wet towels wasn’t something I was expecting when I made the booking. All of this is mentioned on the follow up communication "

"Although it be a mixed, B&B. I stood around at the bar/reception for what seemed a lifetime. I couldn’t catch anyone attention to at least say I was a guest. It took me almost 30 minutes to check in. Although very warm atmosphere, the room are worn and old with cheap decor. At £108 I won’t be stopping there again."
