The staff was exceedingly accommodating. They helped us with purchasing train tickets and printing them for us as the train station was under renovation. They have an honor system for evening beverages and a spacious and clean dining area for breakfast and relaxation.

Highly recommend!!
Great hotel, really nice staff, big comfortable room, delicious breakfast, the croissants and fresh baked breads, homemade jams, coffees were all so yummy. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely, modern hotel right by the canal
Lovely, modern hotel right by the side of the canal and within easy walking distance of the centre of town. Although we arrived after reception had closed (at 5pm!) the facility to access the hotel and rooms via a web-app meant this was not an issue. Breakfast was adequate and the young girl serving and managing reception was very friendly and helpful.

e were visiting Middelburg so my daughter could visit University College Roosevelt and found this hotel while looking for locations that could handle four people with at least two bedrooms. We had room 13, which had a bedroom with a door, a second bedroom in the loft and a living room and kitchenette. It was perfect! Loved having the extra space! The hotel is fairly new, and everything was very comfortable and super clean. The location was great, a 5 minute walk from the train station and maybe ten minutes walk from the big market square. The owner and his sister were both very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Sensational
I could not have asked for a better welcome, a more informative tour and local information from the proprietors. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the train station, it was extremely quiet in my very generious room, which was nicely appointed immaculately clean and replenished cleaned on a daily basis. I will return, without hesitation when I next come to town on business.

Loskade 45 was delightful! The rooms are clean and nicely outfitted. The breakfast was awesome. The service by all personnel was top-notch. The location was perfect - close to the town square of Middelburg, but away from the noise. Bart, Mikkie and crew are doing a great job!

Fabulous hotel!
Fabulous hotel... stylish, thoughtful decor throughout. Immaculately clean with free toiletries if you need them. Very comfortable beds with nice sheets etc. Coffee machine and tea making facilities in the room. Delicious breakfast too. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre Middelburg, which is a real hidden gem. Really recommend this hotel!

Very clean room. very friendly and helpful staff. I messaged hotel on my way going there saying that we need 2 single beds in our room. They replied straight away. When we arrived to the hotel they had already sorted it out. We were very happy with our stay.

Ondermaats ontbijt, meubilair badkamer zelf in mekaar gevezen mdf plaat, geen klerenkast op de kamer, ouderwetse lift. M.a.w. niet meer van deze tijd. Weinig info gekregen bij check in zoals bvb wifi code e.a. Wel goede ligging vlakbijcentrum.

Klein hotel nabij de binnenstad en het station. Mooie ruime kamer met ruime inloopdouche. Aller vriendelijkst ontvangst bij de receptie met adviezen wat er allemaal in Middelburg te doen is en een tips welke restaurants heerlijke streekgerechten serveren.

Een aanrader!
Wat een aangenaam verblijf hebben we gehad in dit leuke hotel. Alles was keuring voor elkaar. We werden erg vriendelijk geholpen toen we wilden inchecken buiten de de openingtijden van de receptie. Heerlijk ontbeten met lokale producten. Wij komen hier zeker een keer terug.

De uitbaatster/receptioniste was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement met veel luxe, goede bedden en domotica.Het kuispersoneel liet de wensen over. Toen we toekwamen lag er overal zand op de vloer, borden en tassen waren vuil, expressomachine was vuil, vuilbakken niet altijd geledigd of bedden opgemaakt...spijtig, want voor de rest was het echt top
