No Parties Allowed - If this rule is violated there will be a $500 fee.

No Smoking Allowed - If any smoke of any kind cigarettes or marijuana is detected through smell or paraphernalia, there will be a $300 fee.

Violation of quiet hours will be a $300 fee.
