### Your Perfect Miami Escape – Steps from the Beach

Enjoy this luminous two bedroom with amazing views from the 16th floor, accommodating up to six passengers. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. In the second bedroom, there are one full bed.   
There is also a second full bathroom in the unit.   
  
Floor to ceiling glass windows in the living room with the possibility of accommodating two passengers on a sofa bed. Fully equipped integrated kitchen with everything you need to make a family meal. Washer and Dryer inside the unit, iron board and hair dryers included.   
  
Hyde Beach House applies mandatory resort amenities fees to all reservations. These charges are not included in the room price. Charges may change between the time you booked and the date you check-in.  
  
Valet Parking- per day per car  
$40 +tax per day  
7 to 29 days : $15 nightly or $105 weekly  
30 + days: $9.33 nightly or $280 monthly  
  
Resort Fees- per day per apartment  
$40 +tax per day  
7 to 29 days: $22.50 per night  
30+ days: $15 per night  
  
Security deposit hold $250 per stay. No cash accepted  
  
\-The resort amenity fee includes the following services provided by Hyde Beach  
2 Beach Chairs, 1 Umbrella & 4 Beach Towels

 6th Level Pool Access includes towels and chaise lounges (from Sun-up to Sun-down)

Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank. -  
  
Please note you are booking with Ammos Vacation Rentals and not the hotel directly.   
  
Effective January 1, 2026, the overnight valet parking rate will increase to $42\. This adjustment is intended to better align with current market conditions while ensuring the continued delivery of the high standard of service that both owners and guests expect.  
  
The monthly parking rate of $280 will remain unchanged.
