The house was located near to all the National parks we wanted to visit and made for a great place to come and go to see Biscayne Bay, the Everglades, and Big Cypress. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had plenty of seating and the beds were a dream. We ran into multiple issues that went unaddressed throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the initial cleanliness with dirty sheets on one of the beds, moldy liquid under a beverage dispenser, beer bottle tops throughout the backyard/pool. Also the hot tub was broken (but the pool was still heated), although we hadn't been expecting a pool so this wasn't a big deal. The gas grill was also out of gas - which the host said we could purchase and get reimbursed for (I didn't do so since I wasn't convinced I'd see the money). At the end of the stay, there were no check out instructions. All that said, the house was very well stocked and fun to be in. The kids had lots of fun and our family enjoyed our stay. ##### Emily Z.
