No pets allowed.



★ POOL:

Enjoy the private unheated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The pool is professionally maintained.



★ PARKING:

Driveway parking is available for up to four additional cars.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Packages may be delivered to the door. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and any lost packages.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, portable crib, and starter toiletries. Please note that washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A security and fraud prevention check-in procedure will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other exterior property upkeep.



★ EXTRAS:

We offer concierge services to our guests. Looking to rent a boat, arrange a private chef, book an in-home massage, or make reservations during your stay? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon request.



Please note that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and has no connection with the property owner. Booking any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities.



Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay upon request and at the guest's cost. We reserve the right to assess fees for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels after 9 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

GUEST COUNT:

Please book for the exact number of guests in your party. No additional guests are permitted without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.



Trash & Recycling Rules:

All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup. Incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.



Grill Reminder:

If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise, it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.



Interaction with Guests:

The owners live onsite next door. Since we value privacy during our own travels, we generally give guests plenty of space. However, we're nearby and happy to help whenever assistance is needed during your stay.
