Great service!, the room very clean in general, the air conditioner and the shower were working good as well as the other appliances. The price for a king bedroom for 2 people and 2 nights was very cheap taking into consideration how close the hotel is from Downtown Miami, key Biscayne and Miami Beach

We had a wonderful experience and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of our stay. The staff provided exceptional, attentive service, and our accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and clean. We particularly enjoyed the organization with the pick ups and drop offs at the airport, everything was exceptionally clean, which made our time with you even more enjoyable. The lady at the check in was nice. However, when we got to our room, the room wasn’t fully cleaned. There was still bottle of waters used (empty) underneath the beds. The mini fridge had a banana for at least 2-3 weeks in, which you could tell they just refill the 2 bottle of waters and don’t look inside of the fridge. I am big on sanitation when it comes to stay at a hotel, and if these stuff were left without anybody noticing it, it means they do not do a deep clean at all.

It would have been helpful if there was an hairdryer and also on iron in the room. The staff was great especially Magdalena. Clean room, but the mattresses and the pillows can use an upgrade. Nice bagel shop up the street. Noisy saturday night street traffic...music etc
