Beautiful and convenient
No problems, but the house is either a duplex or triplex and our neighbors didn't realize they had to share the common areas (back yard, grill, and laundry) with us. Little awkward walking to the back yard: need to check first if the neighbors are there or if their bedroom french doors are open.

Miami weekend
Over all it wasn’t terrible but definitely not an overly enjoyable experience either. Parking was a bit of an issue as the other people at the property had multiple people over throughout the weekend and also were extremely loud to stay next to. Upon entering the property it was quite warm and not much air moment, no fans or access to the thermostat are available here, after multiple messages we were told the thermostat is in another unit and basically what they have it at is what you have to deal with. The second day was too much to deal with it was near 80 outside and no air was on inside the property for hours. Just to sit in there was unenjoyable, sleeping was next to impossible without air….in Miami Florida. The house was clean and nice I was really hoping to have a great stay but I can’t say I did.

Love the outside area
Nice apartment in a good neighborhood. The outside area is great for visiting, hanging out and cooking.

What kind of a land that responds to emergency messages next day. My children and suffered could not get inn till 2am and finally lwent to a hotel to pay and spend the night

Dear Mirabel, if you have an emergency you can always call us using sms messages is not the fastest way to contact us at 2am, keep in mind that we are a small family business. Sometimes if it is late we might not be available by sms, but we try our best to be there for you. You got the door code, spent there the first night and the next one you couldn´t get in, how come? Future guests: please look at the other reviews we have been doing really good :)

The home is nice, an additional rest room in the front rental area would be nice. Also the ability to control the air conditioner would have been appreciated. Although to be fair, the area was under a heat advisory during our entire visit. Would love to rent the entire home.

Little Havana heaven
This place was exactly what we needed. Location was great and we had easy access to everything we needed including stores, restaurants, etc. The host was super responsive to every reach out/request we had. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The beds were clean and super comfortable. The only issue we had with the property was that the unit we stayed in didn’t have “direct” access to the shared patio. You have to go out of the front door and go along the side of the house through a gate to get to the patio.

This was the PERFECT stay
The place was exactly as described. It is so cute and decorated in a sophisticated Florida style. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. There wasn't anything we needed. The location close to everything we wanted to do and the street was so quiet. I would most definitely book here again!

Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was always available and quick to respond. Property had all needs including washer and dryer for a comfortable stay.

Cool. Stay
Had a rocky start but the trip was overall cool the place was in a nice convenient location and it was relatively nice there were some minor things bumps and sweaters but we managed to go through. I would recommend you contacting the host prior to booking that's all..
