It has 1 queen size beds and 1 queen air mattress.

Full-size laundry on-site (SHARED), high chair, and playpen are also available (no extra charge).

Virtually everything is new. Beds, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, lights, furniture, drapes, pillows, mattresses, sheets, etc.

50-inch Smart TV with 150 channels available on Roku platform. You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the TV so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop). Super fast WiFi (350 Mbps) and guaranteed signal.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).

It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Disclosure: "The entire building is being monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras. OUTSIDE ONLY (Parking, Main entrances, Outdoor gates, and Patio and/or Pool. It is a requirement of the host insurance, and as a bonus, it protects guests from any unforeseen circumstances.

Week stay
We had to buy our own toilet paper and trash bags. I feel like those things should just be apart of the Vrbo stay. The location is terrible due to people trying to kidnap you every time you walk outside. The check in was awful. Not the worst spot but beware. Over all the backyard was available to us while the other room was not rented and the host allowed us to use it. Best part of the trip. No hot water.

The property is located only 3.5 miles from downtown Miami - I was able to casually walk to the Miami harbor in about an hour via SW 2nd St. For those who don't walk, the Lyft and Uber fees are fairly low, and there is also inexpensive public transportation. There are great restaurants all around the property, as well as some nice smaller cafes.

Just ok .. I liked the colors and pictures of the property. It should be noted that it’s not the main unit and you have to walk down a path to get to the door, which is not lit. Everything in the unit was fairly new and in good condition, but not the best quality. It is also pertinent information, but there is no temperature control in the unit. All in all know the complaints, but also nothing special.

Total gem for a Miami getaway
This place was perfect for a sunny Miami vacation! I came here for the World Baseball Classic and was not disappointed. Conveniently located next to Calle Ocho in Little Havana and the owners were communicative and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming. Reasonably priced and right near some delicious eateries. Has everything that you need as a solo traveler or a family, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. Do note that the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors, so if you're sensitive to sound bring earplugs. This place was a beautiful home away from home, and was a big part of why I fell in love with Miami. It's as warm as the city it's located in, and if I could give more than five stars I would.

Excellent quality, just a couple of issues though. First no hot water from any faucet on my stay. Also you need a light to see the numbers on the outside door lock at night but a cell phone will work. The place is very well set up, new, excellent construction. Location very close to airport and downtown.

I never actually stayed at the property so i can not say anything about the actual property.. My complaint is with the ridiculous hoops i had to jump through which, in the end, was a major factor in me cancelling my trip. I had to sign a renthal agreement, pay a ridiculous deposit and submit pictures of my id. This was only a 2 night stay with 1 person. None of these additonal charges and agreements were mentioned during checkout. Every other listing i clicked on was very upfront about additonal deposits at checkout except for this one for some reason. Now they have my card info and my id number and picture so i am now forced to worry about identity theft and whatever else they choose to use my info for. Sell it, etc. There is a certain amount of risk when renting a property. If they dont trust vrbo and feel the need for all these extra agreements and charges, i think they should not rent out this property. I learned my lesson and will stick with hotels moving forward or a listing that is upfront with the requirements when checking out

It smelled like cigars in the building. The couch had animal hair all over it so I questioned the cleanliness. I had requested early check in & they charged me a fee that was almost the same as an additional night rate. I found several ants and huge cockroaches in the bathroom. I made it clear it was three guests but they only left 2 towels. The air mattress available didn’t work. It went flat half way through the night. I appreciated having access to Netflix but that shortly kicked me out since there were too many people using the same account. Great location, but the host should be more attentive to detail.
