I hoped the TV would be easier to maneuver; couldn't connect to Airplay. The temperature could also be better, but overall a great stay at the Sonder The Abbey. The staff were super helpful with telling us about the hotel/amenities and the room & bathroom was great.

I had a very nice experience overall, there is no parking tho at the hotel but right around the Corner for all day parking for 40 buck, also the wall are thin so it easy to hear people walking around but it was a very nice and polite experience

Really cute property with very comfortable large beds. The staff was excellent. The walls and floors are a bit thin between the rooms so it can be a little noisy. Very nice area, close to the beach and about six blocks from the main South Beach Shopping Area

We had a great stay here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast, room was clean.

We loved the art deco, historic neighborhood adjoining Collin’s Park—all two blocks from the beach. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Less convenient was the complete lack of room service—even if you asked for it. Second, the hotel central phone number will not connect you to the front desk at the Miami location—all communication is via the APP—again all centralized from Europe I believe. Yet there was a front desk upon arrival. Strange.

Terrible next room neighbors. Up all night. Heard them talking, sneezing, couldn’t sleep. Hotel is nice but no parking.

Room was perfect - looked new and renovated nicely! Location is great - walkable to collins. The only downfall was that there was no pool (which for some reason I was under the impression that there was) so I had to go elsewhere and pay a day rate to use their pool/beach.

It’s my second stay at The Abbey. I love it! It’s so perfectly located in a calmer section of south beach. Across the street from the beach. It’s definitely my most favourite, it’s clean and modern. Highly recommend!!

We had so many issues. One, our room (rm 111) had a water leak and our floor was covered in water on our second day there. Our travel bags got soaked. In rm 111 It was VERY noisy above us. A lot of heavy walking, banging, sounded like a lot of furniture was being moved around but it was happening a late hours and continued into the early morning. Also we always had people talking outside our door early in the morning when we were moved into our new room on the third floor for the rest of our stay. Second day we moved to the third floor it was a larger room which we appreciated. However our shower clogged so we had to quickly take our showers and on top of that we got hit with a notice that there would be no hot water between 10am-6pm. We went to the beach (this is day two, after our clogged shower incident which did get fixed) we arrive and we have no running water. It was extremely frustrating. The staff were kind of nonchalant (a gentlemen) with it all and couldn't give any solutions other then to uber us a 10 minute drive to their sister hotel to shower...which wasn't a great option for us since we were on a time crunch. Also they never turned over our rooms. Not once AND every time we asked for new towels they would hand them to us but never collect the dirty towels we had... which was so weird to us because we had a pile of dirty towels sitting for 4 days that never got collected. Anyways, We wont be coming back to the Abbey. I understand its definitely a cheaper hotel

Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is no cable tv. Wish that was pointed out before booking. Rooms need a good deep intense scrub (hard water/salt water build up on faucets and tile grout) and paint refresh

The hotel location was excellent and so were the front desk employees. There were 2 plastic garbage cans collecting water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway our entire stay, which seemed odd.

Clean room, coffee, easily walkable for breakfast and lunch. Staff was great. Only thing I would change is luggage storage. We came back from breakfast, no one was at the desk, and I walked up and took my bags. Anyone else could have done the same. Not secure.
