A fully equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area invites you to savor your culinary creations together after a long day at the beach.   
  
For those seeking a breath of fresh air, the private balcony offers a serene escape. Enjoy your morning coffee as you gaze at the breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding beauty.  
But that\`s not all—this unit is nestled within a resort-style complex, offering an array of amenities to elevate your stay. The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A DAILY $40 PER APARTMENT RESORT FEE PAID AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL.   
  
A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.  
  
Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.   
  
Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.   
  
Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.   
  
Complimentary:   
\- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.   
\- 2 bicycles per day.  
  
Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).   
  
Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:  
• Weekday (Mon-Thursday) - $35 ($40 Oversize Vehicle)   
• Weekend (Fri-Sunday & Holidays) - $40 ($50 Oversize Vehicle)   
• Weekly (7 Days) $175 ($210 Oversize Vehicle)  
Please be advised that Alexander Hotel imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.  
These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.  
Resort Fee (Daily Charge):  
• $40 per day, plus applicable taxes  
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:  
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
