We had a double suite which was a good size. Kitchenette that wasn’t very usable and no equipment other than microwave. Room was dated and a bit tired but clean and spacious. Pool area was nice but always busy and with kids. Beach area was good and great beach staff but $25 extra for an umbrella seemed excessive. Worth it if you get good rates. Good location

Comfortable stay at sagamore hotel. We had Booked a bungalow at this property, with spacious room. Easily accessible beach. You can take chairs, umbrella and towels at sagamore beach shack. The dining and in room services are good. Also bar near swimming pool offers amazing drinks. Walgreens is 0.5miles or less. Lot of restaurants opposite side of hotel to eat. It’s at best location of south beach

Definitely a 4 star hotel! Beautiful artwork adorned the building and spaces all around. Very friendly customer service, accommodating and professional. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and functioning. The pool and beach are great! The only downfall is the parking, very expensive! But so is Miami anywhere you drive.

The Sagamore South Beach is a wonderful property, but it has DEFINITELY declined since the time where Spencer Tunick created art and serenity was welcomed. Nowadays, the splash pool that used to hold the rich and famous has become a kiddy pool, thanks to the lack of security or effort from management, kids have taken over EVERWHERE. So If you want to enjoy a very loud screaming game of Marko Polo by all these kids, Or get your $25 drinks spilled by flying balls at all times, then the sagamore is your place. :( The staff is definitely too comfortable to seem welcoming, nor inviting. The restaurant barely offers any food due to the very small menu and the beds, definitely need some updating. I change room twice due to the noise and uncomfortable beds It is a shame that whoever is now the new owner of the Sagamore, chooses to just “milk the cow and not feed it” It is sad to say, that for the price this hotel charges, you have to deal with all of these . Long gone are the days of the luxurious/ serene #Morganhotelgrouproperties

Great location and lots of restaurants/food around. Pool area is nice and lots of chairs available. The food on property was good and convenient. The pool area bathrooms could have use more attention throughout the day but overall would highly recommend. We would definitely stay again

Started off rocky at check in with the staff member who checked us in coming off rude but after that everyone was amazing especially Shelley! She took care of me and went above and beyond. Hotel is nice and convenient and straight beach access from behind hotel

location is great. Besides, all others are far from 4-star standard. Bicycle perk does not work; It just wastes guests' time; Actually citibike are all over the city and beach; $10 for 2 hours; why need this so called Bicycle perk ? Then 3/31 midnight at 2 am there were fire alarm; although fire fighters came and prove it is a flase; but alarm still rang every 30 mins; we cannot sleep for the whole night.

This was a mom & daughter trip, first time here so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The building is old but very clean and had a retro/vintage feel with really cool artwork throughout. The room was super spacious!! The staff was very helpful and nice. The area felt safe and was super walkable to stores and fantastic restaurants. The pool and bar were very nice. The private beach access was perfect. Downsides, the room was a bit musty smelling I’m sure because it’s an old building by the ocean. We opened up the windows and it went away. Also there’s the daily valet/parking fee but I guess that’s typical. Make sure to bring plenty of tip money as well. Overall I would absolutely stay here again!! It was a really cool hotel!

We went to Miami and specifically chose the hotel solely to enjoy the pool and beach - and they closed the pool down for the day for a private red carpet event, so it was a total bust for us. Not to mention that the noise is so loud from the event that you could hear it in every room - past 10:00 PM, which really isnt appropriate unless we were told about it in adnance, or were given the heads up or opportunity to stay somewhere else.

Great location - on the beach, close to restaurants on Lincoln and Collins, 30 minutes to the airport. The renovated rooms in the newer part of the building are smaller than the main tower, but nicely decorated.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Sagamore for my bday weekend. If you come to this hotel, expect a nice and chic stay. The property is well kept and the decor is so artsy and fun. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and provided the best service. I truly appreciate the nice accommodations and making me feel special for my bday. In addition, I had the best passion fruit mojitos at the pool. So delicious. And any hotel that plays music from Solange and Jhene Aiko is my kind of hotel. I am looking forward to returning. Thanks Sagamore!

Such an amazing stay at the Sagamore! The property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool is beautiful, the access to the beach and beach chairs is such a plus for the area. The staff is exceptional, service was incredible. Will stay again!!

Convenient location. Nice access to the beach and pool. Wish they could’ve accommodated late checking out, but they let us use facilities. Nice art.

This was our first time visiting Miami as we were there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st bday. The property itself is pretty nice. Upon our arrival, the staff was very friendly. I arrived to my room and the room was nice but did not wow me. I paid for an oceanview and when I went out to the balcony there was no oceanview but merely a view of palm trees. I checked with the front desk to confirm the reservation and the front desk lady confirmed that I was to have an ocean view. She was very apologetic and advised me to check back in the morning as they did not have any rooms available with the view. Needless to say, the next morning the manager contacted me first thing to address my concerns and upgraded my room to not only an oceanview but their penthouse suite. I was extremely happy with their service they provided and the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. The room was beautiful and the grounds were well kept. I love how convenient the hotel is to restaurants, stores and not to mention having the beach access just a few steps away. The restaurant food was pretty good. I used room service and found their service to be prompt. Overall, I would certainly stay there again if I were to visit Miami Beach again.
