Amenities: 2 lg flat screen tv (60 inch in bedroom and 60 inch in living room) Wi-Fi, luxurious bedding, 2 terraces, washer and dryer. Located across from the Bal Harbour Shops and 10 min from South Beach. Resort fee $65/day incl lounge chairs at beach/pool and fitness center (paid directly to Ritz).

Great Unit at the Ritz

We've stayed well over 10 times at the Ritz, from rental units to hotel units and this is an excellent unit. Very well maintained and clean,Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and excellent location. Easy check in through the hotel. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Amazing Property

Everything here was just perfect. We've been staying here every year for the past 10-12 years and it just keeps getting better. The property itself is on a secluded portion of the beach and really private and luxurious. We enjoy how close it is to shopping, great food and everything imaginable to make our stay super convenient. Already excited to be back next year!!

Good Value Stay

We enjoyed our stay and felt we got a good value for the cost. Unit was clean and adequately stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Watching the boats constantly going in and out of the inlet was very nice. Beach service was superior to other similar places we have stayed. Shower had very good water pressure and flow to make you feel clean after the beach or other outdoor activities. Food in restaurant and room, was very good but slow and expensive. No issues and we would stay here again. Thank you!

"Exquisite Property , Exceptional Host: A Perfect Stay!"

Our stay at this beautiful property was absolutely fantastic! It had everything we needed and more, making our experience truly enjoyable. The host was amazing, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. We requested a late check-out and were pleasantly surprised when the host graciously offered it to us. This gesture was greatly appreciated, as it allowed us to make the most of our time there. We are already looking forward to returning to this property in the future. Thank you for providing such a and wonderful stay!

Great place. Average check in

We’ve stayed at this property many times. This was the first time the process was to check in at the front desk. Which, I prefer. But when we checked in, at 1000pm in the evening. We were told they did not have our reservation. Property owner apologized and was able to work it out. My suggestion is call the Hotel as well a few days before you check in to this property.
