TX to Little Havana
Our stay was very nice. Since we arrived late, we picked up the most delicious hamburger I have ever had! Walking back was safe and in the morning we sipped cafe con leche, pan dulce. My husband and I loved the corner room and recommend travelers to stay here.

Our little Havana stay
The best part about this place was how clean it was. The bed was also comfortable and pillows were good quality. Unfortunately, we had no luck communicating a few questions about our stay with the host. Never received a response after many attempts. We were also woken up at around 6:30 am the only morning we had there. Someone in the home was doing dishes or packing something large and it woke us both up. Which was very unpleasant The AC was out of our control and seemed to turn off at night, so we both woke up overheated in the night and morning. There was also a full size fridge in the bedroom, which was noisy at night as well. We ended up going for a 15 minute walk to the heart of little Havana for some really great dinner & drinks at Sala’o and a local band playing at a street fair on the walk back. I enjoyed the area but wouldn’t stay at this location again. We appreciate the cleanliness of the space but wish there was more communication.

I’d like to offer some constructive criticism. I really liked the hosts, location, cleanliness, but a few tweaks would have made it a GREAT experience. First, a coat of exterior paint would do wonders. Second, we stayed in the “Corner Room” and bright lights from the courtyard shone through the blind in our eyes all night; a heavy curtain would be a cheap fix. Third, the pillows were miserable S.O.B.s: cheap foam things - one was not enough and two was way too much. We were just there for one night, so some minor inconveniences were ok with us, but for a longer stay, the lack of sound barrier between our room and adjoining rooms would have been a little awkward. Also, check in could be a little better - we didn’t know where to go or what to do...no signage or instructions provided; a quick phone call took care of that, Still, nicer to know what’s going on when you get there. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property - an easy walk to 8th St Little Havana, easy Uber ride to beach, airport, or cruise port, and really nice hosts. I hope they take this criticism as it is meant: suggestions to make the property more appealing to the average guest.

Basic but comfortable and clean (although there was a used coffee pod in the Keureg). The parking inside the courtyard is very tight, especially for the spot at right angles to the driveway. After the first night I parked on the street, which was fine. The pull-down shade on the glass entrance door was tied on - a jury rig that fell apart after the too-long shade caught in the door. It was clear from multiple knots in the elastic tie-ons that it had been this way for quite a while instead of being replaced by a new shade that fit the holders and worked. Otherwise, I was very pleased and feel it is a bargain given the other lodging choices available. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 separate nights, before and after our cruise. Ricardo always answered my texts in a timely manner, did his best to accommodate us, and sent a member of the team to help whenever needed. The room was clean and we had all we could need. The bed was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We were at a walking distance from calle ocho where we could find about anything, from a goodwill, to a drug store, restaurants, bars, dollar store, museum, bank, etc. Although the members of the team we had contact with spoke only Spanish and we don't, we always found ways to communicate and understand each other and they were nice, smiling, and helpful. Going back in this area I would definitely consider renting this place again. Thank you guys for the great experience! Much love from Canada!

Overall, had a great experience. Ricardo was good at working with our schedules and accommodating us the best possible. Everything was clean and tidy. Location is so central. You are a walk away from H street and 5 min drive to downtown. Great little spot for two people. Note: you are connected to other apartments so sometimes could hear neighbors during the day. Cleaning lady did open the door on us on the last day. Not sure what the miscommunication was there.

Brilliant
A great place to stay, neighbourhood is safe and well lit. Short wall to Little Havana, with lots of places to eat. A 40 min walk will get you to Biscayne shopping/eating area. We would definitely stay here again.

So hospitable
I had never been to Miami, but this little studio was perfect for my trip. It’s within close proximity to a lot of activities in Miami, specifically Little Havana and 8th street. I found myself walking a lot to the restaurants and shops on 8th street because parking is terrible. Overall, everything was great and Ricardo was more than hospitable and answered any questions or concerns immediately.

I had a pleasant night at Rinconcito. The place was clean and to add he had snacks and hot beverages which became a life saver. I gave it 4 stars because on the night we stayed the garbage trucks drove pass the place like 5 times starting at like 5am. Also, the doors squeak very loudly which was a little annoying at night. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

Cozy spot in heart of little havana
Cute and comfirtable room and bath. Clean and everything was new! Only about 5-6 block walk to the heart of little Havana. Free 10min trolly ride takes you to downtown Miami or you can walk there in about 20min. Ricardo was super friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to stay, they got the room ready early and communicated well. They had continental breakfast food and coffee and a extra surprise to celebrate. Amazing place to stay with an amazing host!!!!
Me and my husband will definitely be back to Miami and DEFINITELY will be staying with Ricardo. This location is centrally located to everything in Miami! The corner room was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Ricardo and his team had all amenities waiting on us.... from towels to coffee K cups and snacks! Oh and let's not forget the bottle of wine he had in the room for us waiting! Thank you Ricardo for all your hospitality and me and my husband will be back to stay with you again soon!!!!
