- ![This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. The bath tub had substantial rust. The key to the laundry didn’t work. The front door was flimsy and could be easily breached.

Pro - Neue Möbel - Private kostenlose Parkplätze - Makrolage (mit dem Auto relativ schnell am Flughafen, in der Stadt, zum Strand) - Kostenlose Waschmaschine/Trockner - Schnelle Kommunikation Contra -Riecht Schimmel IG. Wir mussten das Apt oft und lange lüften, damit der Geruch etwas schwindet. -Fußboden sehr dreckig (es wurde Reinigungskraft angeboten, wir wollten niemanden fremden im Apt) -In einem Schlafzimmer wurde der Boden feucht (evtl wegen der Klimaanlage?!) - Einige Fenster defekt - Lärmbelastigung (24h krähen Hühner vom Nachbarn, sehr lauter Flugverkehr) - Die Hühner vom Nachbarn verdecken den Eingangsbereich. - Direkt am Eingang lag mehrere Tage eine benutzte Spritze. Mit Kindern kann das gefährlich werden. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten und nichts in der Nähe unternommen haben, können wir zur Mikrolage nicht viel sagen. Aber es ist eher ein ärmliches Viertel. Fazit: unter den Bedingungen würden wir das Apt keinesfalls nochmal buchen.
