the rooms are not clean, there are cockroaches on the walls, the bathroom is old, the towels and sheets are old and worn.

We arrived at this hotel at 8 pm. You have to be buzzed into the office because the area is so unsafe. It has an hourly rate posted on the bulletproof glass. Shady characters in the parking lot, the room smelled like smoke, mirror on the ceiling, gun shots out back all in the 30 minutes we spent in the room. Despite it being non-refundable, we just left. What is your life worth?

The price was great and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is old. When we pulled in to the parking lot, there were several young women in the lot who appeared to be "professionals." The room appeared clear, but upon waking in the morning we had to kill three cockroaches... There was a lot of noise outside as well.

About the location sorry but we are located in 2 of the very most important commercials roads in South Florida but also very conveniently located close to the airport and major touristic destinations. This place is trash. The parking lot is extremely small to park a mini-van, filthy rooms, I personally saw more than 10 roaches/crickets. The AC was broken and I informed the manager that it needed to be fixed. The manager insisted that it was typical Miami heat and there was nothing she could do to get it fixed. I asked her for another room and she said that all rooms have the same AC's and refused to give us another room. I couldn't get a refund and was forced to stay one more night. The toilet was held together with duct tape, the window in the bathroom wouldn't shut all the way, which didn't help with the humidity. The clientele that stayed at the establishment were very shady. There were several creepy maintenance guys that would hang out near our door and smoke their cigarettes. The bedding had burnt cigarette holes all over them. There was dirt on the floor as if it needed to be swept and mopped. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The place had no where near enough parking for the amount of rooms, and what was there made you feel like you were going to have some damage when you got up the next days. The check-in was fine minus them not giving you any WiFi info. Then there’s no phone in the room to try and reach the office, and when you call the office from your cell, no one ever picks up the phone. The door to the room had a regular lock ad deadbolt which I thought would be fine, but then once I was on the inside, the doorframe showed signs of forced entry past venue the dead bolt. The curtains were barely on the rod and tattered, the fridge was rusted, the AC unit had two modes, blasting fridged death or not functioning. The window above it was Not securely closed when I got in, and then only one side would latch, with no other means of securing the window. The bathroom door was screwed shut to hold it back together from what looks like someone breaking it in. The bathroom shower curtain looked like it was stolen from a Wyndham due to their branding tags being on it. There were no toiletries be sides a tiny bars of hand soap. The plumbing in the tub was fractured metal with no indication of hot or cold and leaked everywhere when using. When I got up to used the restroom at night, I turned on the light to see a bunch of roaches scatter. The fee was non-refundable or I wouldn’t have stayed in the room, barricading the door and being glad that I had access to protection in case my life was in danger.

This is the worst motel experience ive ever had on my life. This shouldnt even be listed as an option. Unfortunatelly all hotels were booked and had no other choice. But i was scared. I couldnt believe i was charged 200 to stay in this motel that needs to be shut down due to its poor conditions, dirty bathroom, old raggity sheets, bad cigarette smell, the noise outside was crazy and i was scare somebody was going to break into the room after i read previous reviews.Would never recommend this place. If theres a hotel Commission they need to go and shut it down.

This is a hotel, in that it’s a room you pay for and receive a bed in return. I knew it wasn’t going to be nice, but I was in a jam and needed a place near the airport (and it’s very close!) and everything was sold out. This is bare bones and dingy, the type of place you expect illegal activities to be occurring. There was no toilet paper, no towel racks, no hot water in the sink. The mattress is wrapped in plastic, which makes a lovely crinkle noise every time you move (and brings to mind all sorts of unseemly-ness). It was reasonably clean all things considered, but not clean in the grand scheme. It’s hard for me to fathom they can charge as much as they do! Do not recommend at all.
